Everything stays on your phone
Actually has no accounts and no sign-in. Your tasks, videos, photos, and badges are stored on your device only. There is no advertising, no tracking across other apps or websites, and nothing is sold — just anonymous usage analytics that never include your tasks, photos, or videos. Your videos are never uploaded anywhere unless you choose to share one yourself. The Actually privacy policy lists exactly what stays on your phone, and exporting or deleting your data takes a few taps.
